The documentary traces his journey towards becoming World Chocolate Master, from the long hours of preparation and the physical and mental demands to moments of doubt, teamwork and the constant pursuit of perfection.
A story experienced almost from the inside, in which Lluc’s technique, creativity and abilities are also examined by some of the leading figures in the world of pastry.
